reactionfaces asked: Your face when you meet someone with the same name as you?

well it was already crossed off the list for me. after talking to my professor about electrical engineering, and to jon about mechanical, turns out there’s more programming stuff in electrical than mechanical. and apparently the core of what’s in electrical engineering is taught in physics 2, as with mechanical engineering with physics 1. now i’m leaning more towards mechanical engineering again.

well, i’ve got my regular ass on campus. i don’t know where my sexy ass is. but yerp, i’m on campus, but i’ve got a class starting in a few minutes.
lol, now it’s two. i do know it’s something i shouldn’t whine about; i just think it’s something curious and lol-worthy, at least to myself. if i remember correctly, i was unfollowed right after someone asked what i look like, since many of the pictures i’ve got on tumblr have an awfully high tendency to not have my face in there. unexpected, yes, but surprising, no. lol. and zombie movies ftw. <3
shut up. i know lol. i just don’t feel like going online and searching for the seasons i haven’t watched. can we buy the dvd sets, split the cost?
oh and another example of how lazy i am, i’m typing this out when you’re a pillow’s throw away.
Anonymous asked: so is everything that made fun of kerligirl13 going to jail?
by “everything”, i’m assuming you mean “everyone”. if someone made fun of her, i’m pretty sure they won’t go to jail only because of making fun of her. that’s freedom of speech.
when it comes to kids taking sexual pictures of themselves and sending it over the internet, if you weren’t aware, there’s laws about that. if someone takes a sexualized picture of themselves and put it on the internet, that person can be recognized as creating and distributing child pornography, even if it’s their own picture. any person who receives a copy and sends it to others can be recognized as owning and distributing child pornography. as a result, creator, owner, and distributor alike can all possibly end up in jail or on probation, depending on what exactly is being distributed. in any case, they would all have to join the sex offender registry and be known as such for the rest of their lives. best thing to do when receiving a child porn picture is to delete it and tell authorities.
concerning this girl, i’m not entirely sure if reblogging her images counts as ownership and distributing of photography. if they downloaded it or sent it around via email, possibly. otherwise, idk. but kerligirl13 can definitely get in trouble for that topless picture, though she did cover up a bit with her hand. the bikini picture, i wouldn’t know. some girls ended up in trouble for putting up pictures of themselves in bras on the internet, so i don’t know how exactly it can turn out for her, so i’m not sure how it could turn out for everyone else.
if anyone’s wondering why i know this stuff, i had to do research for a speech in english class during school.
